Cookie Policy
Cookies and browser storage can remember choices and support site features. This notice also covers localStorage and sessionStorage, which are stored in your browser.
We remember your acceptance or rejection of analytics in a versioned browser record for 180 days. Returning to the site does not extend that period. This preference storage stays active so we can respect your choice. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page.
We use sessionStorage to keep limited context about the first recognised page you visit and broad source information, regardless of your analytics choice. It is used only as context if you choose to send an enquiry. We do not keep full referrer URLs, arbitrary query strings, advertising click identifiers or form contents in this record. It ordinarily lasts for the current tab or browser session; browser session restoration may retain it.
Google Analytics 4 receives cookieless measurement signals under Advanced Consent Mode before analytics acceptance and when analytics is rejected. Accepting analytics permits analytics storage. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain denied.
Google analytics cookies, including _ga and a property-specific _ga cookie, support browser and session measurement after acceptance. Their lifetime is controlled by Google and the property's settings and may vary. We do not use them to store enquiry contents.
Clarity is loaded only after analytics acceptance on eligible public pages. It helps us understand page interactions through session recordings. It is never loaded on Contact or our operational tools. Its first-party cookies can include _clck and _clsk for browser and session continuity; vendor-controlled storage and expiry can vary.
Rejecting analytics stops Clarity and clears accessible analytics cookies belonging to this site. A page reload may be used to remove a running recording script. We cannot delete cookies on another provider's domain or undo data already received.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions are not automated. Cloudflare processes technical information from your browser and connection for this check. It runs whatever your analytics choice, is not used by us for analytics or advertising, and the check result is not stored in our browser records.
The signature tool separately remembers entered signature details and preferences in localStorage on your device, using solworx-signatures-v1. There is currently no application expiry. Clearing this site's browser storage removes the saved details. Changing analytics consent does not remove them.
solworx-consent: your analytics choice, kept for 180 days.
solworx-attribution-v1: limited enquiry source context, kept in sessionStorage independently of analytics consent.
solworx-signatures-v1: signature-tool details and preferences, retained until cleared.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject analytics or review your current choice. Rejecting does not prevent contact submissions and does not remove separate enquiry source context. You can also manage or clear site storage through your browser. Clearing the consent record means we will ask again.
